Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Kunster farm 4.6 hectares in the Mosel all organically and biodynamically. The duo consistently produces some of Germany’s best Pradikat wines, from bright Kabinetts to sticky sweet dessert wines. Fruit for ‘Trabener Gaispfad’ comes from a 0.5 hectare plot of stony, southwest vines. The wine is acid-driven and bright, marked by perfumed notes of citrus, potpourri, and wet slate.
