Produced at the hands of one of Wachau’s best producers, this organic/biodynamic wine is loaded with mineral-driven flavors of white pepper, green apple skin, and honeyed stone fruit. Lees-aging adds texture and weight to this pure and terroir-reflective wine. We can’t sing its praises enough (and its versatility on the table is crazy). Serve with traditional Austrian cuisine, fried meats, sausages, sushi, or spicy Indian favorites.
