The Raventos i Blanc estate has been in the Raventos family since 1497, spanning 120+ hectares in Catalunya. As of 2012, the family left the Cava DO to create their own appellation, creating single estate wines from a unique climate and native grape varieties. ‘de Nit’ is a deliciously dry sparkling, dominated by Xarel-lo, rounded out by Macabeo, Parellada, and Monastrell; one of most preferred affordable sparklings!
