This zesty and textured rosé Champagne is loaded with flavors of tart cranberries, strawberries, crushed rocks, white pepper, and chalk. The wine is produced from 55% Chardonnay, 38.5% Pinot Noir, and a bit of still Pinot grown in Mareuil-sur-Ay. Serve with fresh fish, salads, and all things fried.
