This skin-contact Italian wine bursts with textured flavors of oxidized fruits, plum jam, and sweet spice. Fruit comes from a co-planted vineyard dedicated to Malvasia, Ortugo, and Trebbiano Toscano. After about four months on the skins, the juice is racked into botti, where it is aged for one year (then two in bottle) prior to release.
