Dani Jimenez-Landi’s winemaking roots run deep in the DO of Mentrida. He produces exquisite Grenache-based wines from old vines, all of which are farmed organically and biodynamically. ‘Las Uvas de la Ira,’ which translates to ‘Grapes of Wrath,’ is made from old-vine Grenache and is loaded with spicy notes of red fruit, burnt earth, and underbrush. Serve slightly chilled.
