This  Red Burgundy is loaded with concentrated flavors of wild berries, forest floor, bitter dark chocolate, and red flower petals. 50% stems were used and the wine was aged in oak, a good chunk of which was new. We’d revisit this in 3-5 years for optimal results as a worthy addition to the cellar!
