Didier Fornerol, former vineyard & cellar manager at Domaine de l’Arlot, left to take over his family’s estate back in 1999. He now works six hectares of vines, emphasizing whole cluster fermentations and precision in the cellar. His Côte de Nuits Blanc shows creamy flavors of wet rocks, yellow stone fruit, brioche, and white flowers, leading to a medium-bodied palate hinted with notes of crushed wet rocks.
