Didier Fornerol, former vineyard & cellar manager at Domaine de l’Arlot, left to take over his family’s estate back in 1999. He now works six hectares of vines across various appellations, emphasizing whole cluster fermentations and precision in the cellar. Fornerol’s Aligoté is traditional and refreshing, depicting notes of green apple, tart peach, freshly chopped nuts, and gunflint. Delicious!
