This single-vineyard cuvée from Dominique Lafon was first produced in 2012 and has only continued to capture our attention. The wine is juicy, balanced, and marked by flavors of yellow apples, freshly squeezed lime juice, pithy citrus, ginger, and baking spice. Fruit comes from a 2.7ha monopole vineyard planted to 40-year-old vines. White Burg aficionados, you’re going to love this wine.
