This new cuvée from Anne and Jean-Francois Ganevat is produced from equal parts Chardonnay and Savagnin (skin-macerated). The wine is vinified ouillé, which means that barrels are topped up regularly to prevent oxidation. Notes of green apple, yellow fruit, and crushed stones dominate the wine’s ultra-refreshing palate. Enjoy with roasted poultry, cream sauces, or locally produced comté.
