Carried on by the ‘Maestro del Veneto’s’ daughter Fiorenza, along with her husband and children, the legacy of Bepi Quintarelli continues on. The family creates precise and detailed wines, all of which boast handwritten labels. ‘Rosso del Bepi’ is an extremely special declassified Amarone, produced from a handful of red varieties. Grapes are dried and pressed after three months, followed by fermentation and aging in Slavonian oak for 7 years.
