The Chardonnay grapes in this cuvee are harvested 100% by hand solely from the Grauves vineyard in the Cote de Blancs. After a gentle, calculated press and traditional elevage, the wine is aged for 2 years on lees to provides a beautiful richness alongside its elegance and lift.
