This 2019 vintage Champagne is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 5% Petit Meslier grown on fine-grained clay with limestone and flint soils. Slow, barrel aging with native yeast provides incredible depth and texture to this incredible inaugural release.
