Olivier Lamy, Hubert Lamy's son, is one of the few winemaker in burgundy making equally stunning red and white wines. He uses between 10-30% new oak at most but he may use none at times, preserving the unique characteristics of the incredible sites in the family's holdings. The Hubert Lamy wines are one of the main reasons that the historically "ancillary" Burgundy Appellations of Santenay and St. Aubin are now firmly included in the excitement surrounding this superb wine region.
