Rich fruit and bright acidity balance one another out, giving way to refined, delicious wines. The 2016 Syrah incorporates 40% whole-clusters, co-fermented with 2% Viognier. The final wine is fleshy and meaty, full of pepper-driven notes of violets and dark fruit. Pair with anything and everything on the grill!
