Clos Signadore’s ‘Les Clos’ is situated within the rugged inland of Patrimonio, dedicated mostly to 40-year-old Niellucciu vines. Christophe Ferrandis founded the estate back in 2001, after working several years at Domaine Pibarnon. ‘Les Clos’ is a dry and structured varietal Niellucciu that ferments with native yeasts in steel, macerates for 45-60 days, and ages in demi-muids for 42 months. Perfect for pairing with pizza! Only 250 cs. produced.
