Fans love this full-bodied wine crafted from old organic Brouilly vines. For an age-worthy Beaujolais, this one gets pushed nearer to the front of the line. It comes from Jonathan Buisson, a third-generation southern Bojo producer. He bottles it with very little SO2, unfined and unfiltered. It's a vegan wine, perfect for roasted root veggies or dishes with caramelized onions.
