This organically-farmed Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our go-to picks from Napa. Dense flavors of red and dark fruits, blackberries, exotic spice, sandalwood, and tobacco dominate the wine’s mouth-coating palate. Fruit for this wine comes from a 2-acre block on the eastern slope of Palomino Hill (between Rutherford and St. Helena) and is vinified with native yeasts in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
