Founded by longtime friends Mikey Giugni and Michael Brughelli, Scar of the Sea seeks to produce wines and ciders with a sense of place, showing strong balance, complex structure, and an easy to drink flavor profile. The 2016 Chardonnay is focused and thirst-quenching, with notes of lemon, sea salt, and tropical fruit. Great acidity and a long-lasting finish!
