Located south of the town of Montalcino, Casanuova delle Cerbaie’s 15 hectares lay scattered across the rolling emerald hills of Tuscany. Wines are vinified in a traditional, ‘old school’ style and are ideal for long-term aging in the cellar. This powerhouse Brunello shows notes of raspberry, tart cherries, and violets, marked by silky tannins and a lasting finish. This bottle is showing beautifully now, though will continue to withstand the test of time. We'd grab two-- pop tonight, revisit in 5-7 years.
