"Les Vins Pirouettes" is a small group of producers in Alsace, all organic or biodynamic certified. We love that it's hand-harvested and made with indigenous yeast and no added sulfur. The result is a fizzy, pretty, floral sipper that we're serving for apéro on the patio.
