When Burgundy icon Guillaume d’Angerville blind tasted Stéphane Tissot’s Chardonnay Arbois Les Bruyères 2005 he was wowed. He was so inspired by this wine that he founded Domain du Pelican, working with biodynamic vineyards in the Jura. Now this is one of the most sought-after producers in a region of small-production, cult favorites. This full-bodied Chardonnay has substance and texture. It’s fresh and rich, an uncommon combo that we’re loving with summer pastas.
