Emrich-Schönleber is highly regarded for quality and passion, one of a nest of high-achievers in Germany's Nahe, but there's not a lot of these wines rolling into the US, so there's still a discovery element that will impress your friends. We love the salty minerality on this one, a dry Riesling that has very delicate stone fruit and mile-long minerality. If you've got a group coming over for dinner for raw bar favorites, this bottle should be on the table.
