This acid-driven varietal white embodies everything we love about Alsace. The wine’s crisp and refreshing palate is loaded with flavors of citrus peel, tart pears, chamomile tea, and green apple skin. Snappy and complex, this wine is drinking deliciously now but will only get better with a few years of age.
