Brezza is a family owned business and has been producing traditional style Barolo since 1885. Today, the state is run by the family’s 4th generation, who converted all of their vineyards to certified organic. Composts and cover crops are used, wines spontaneously ferment, and all wines are bottled unfined/unfiltered. Fruit for ‘Castellero’ comes from a vineyard located at 980 feet above sea level dominated by sandy silt & clay soils.
