This centuries-old winery is a staple in Provence. Amongst a sea of Provencal pinks, the Roux family chooses to hone in on one of the region’s near-forgotten native varieties, Tibouren. This savory, oak-aged rosé rests under a thin veil of yeast, which adds a complex texture to this red-fruited, citrus-noted wine. We can't sing its praises enough.
