Produced at the hands of our friends Nathan Kendall and Pascaline Lepeltier, this Finger Lakes rosé is an absolute pleasure to drink. The two generally produce pét-nats at Chepika, though after a tough 2018 vintage, the duo decided to vinify their Catawba in still rosé format. The juice is macerated for two weeks and vinified in old barrel, leading to a layered and highly drinkable wine loaded with flavors of strawberry, rhubarb, watermelon, and rose petals.
