Peter has worked 20 harvests across Austria, committed to organic farming and working by hand. The 2016 ‘Weitenberg’ is a varietal Gruner Veltliner, all worked by hand, harvested from 60 year old vines and vinified in old wood; structured, rocky, & deliciously mineral. Perfect with sushi & fresh seafood.
