Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand sits in the heart of Pupillin, located within the Arbois appellation. Now operated by third-generation Mikael Crinquand, all of the family’s 5.5 hectares of vines are farmed organically, most of which are located on steep slopes. The 2016 ‘Trousseau’ comes from clay-limestone soils, vinified in barrel; punchy and fruit-forward, with notes of red fruit and earth; pair with tacos or pizza!
