Brother-sister duo Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat source fruit from Alsace, Beaujolais, and Savoie, in conjunction with their estate fruit from the Jura, to craft their unique line-up of organic wines. ‘Les Dentelles’ is a 50/50 blend of Grenache and Syrah that ferments with native yeasts and ages for one year in amphoras. Fresh, fruit-forward, and bright, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no additional SO2.
