Fruit for this peppery Pinot comes from two parcels in Savigny-lès-Beaune (‘Bourgeots’ and ‘Planchots’). Grapes are organically-farmed, foot-trodden, and the juice sees no new oak. The wine is fresh, fruit-driven, and super easy to drink. Serve chilled with a variety of foods, including baked chicken, roast duck, or veggie burgers on the grill.
