Maison MC Thiriet is one of the Cote d'Or’s newest up-and-coming micro-négoces and is based out of Château de Comblanchien. Headed by winemakers Matt Chittick and Camille Thiriet, the duo is crafting some of Burgundy’s most exciting and thought-provoking wines at highly accessible prices. 2018 is the inaugural vintage of ‘Les Grands Champs’ for MC Thiriet and we have to say, we’re pretty impressed. The wine is lively and energetic, marked by dark fruit flavors, well-integrated tannins, and bright acidity.
