Legendary DRC co-director Aubert de Villaine moved to the Cote Chalonnaise in the 1970s, meticulously studying the soils of the highly underrated region. His 2016 Bouzeron is vinified in foudre, with each parcel pressed separately, aged for 10-12 months. Creamy and complex, balanced by a zingy acidity.
