Roulot, a champion of honest terroir-reflection, is nothing short of a steward and student of his land. His wines are known for their signature richness, yet remained balanced by bright acidity and undeniable freshness. ‘Genevrieres’ is one of Jean-Marc’s micro-négociant wines. Grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard, then juice is vinified and raised by Jean-Marc in his cellar. This wine is textured, tasty, and downright thought-provoking, marked by notes of green apple, stone fruit, flint, and cream. Drink now or lay down in the cellar.
