Founded in 2006, Charly Thevenet, son of infamous ‘Gang of Four’ member, Jean-Paul, creates his wines with the same hands-off mentality as his father, crafting wines from 80 year old vines in Régnié. ‘Grain & Granit’ is whole cluster fermented and vinified in cement; the 2016 is lively and fresh, with notes of juicy red fruit, tart acidity, and spicy, soil-driven notes. Pair with margarita pizza or pasta dishes!
