Tumba del Rey Moro is the most rugged and rigorous vineyard of all of Comando G’s holdings. Pink granite soils dominate here, with vineyards situated as high as 1100 meters above sea level. Vines are 60-70 years in age, producing concentrated fruit that undergoes a 40-60 day maceration period, followed by on year in large French oak barrels. The final wine is vibrant and bright, full of fresh strawberry flavors noted with white pepper.
