Noel Bazin is one of our favorite small-production vignerons in all of Champagne. He produces sustainable and delicious wines in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, all of which are extremely reflective of the place they come. ‘Pimpante’ is one of our favorite budget-friendly rosé Champagnes. The wine shows yeasty flavors of red fruit, minerals, and baked bread and is marked by zesty, thirst-quenching acidity.
