Carried on by the ‘Maestro del Veneto’s’ daughter Fiorenza, the legacy of Bepi Quintarelli continues on. The family creates precise and detailed wines, all of which boast handwritten labels. ‘Alzero’ is produced from equal parts (40%) Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon rounded out with 20% Merlot. Now with 10 years of age on it, the wine shows delicious tertiary notes of stewed red fruit, wet earth, and cedar.
