Now headed by brothers Denis and Bertrand, Domaine Chevillon estate bottles all of their wines, which ooze with elegance and grace; low-yielding vines undergo long fermentations, followed by 16-20 months of elevage in barrel. ‘Pruliers’ is aromatic and fresh, with bright flavors of floral-tinged red fruit, coupled with firm tannins and a lasting finish.
