The Mongeard’s roots run deep in Burgundy, arriving to Vosne-Romanée in the 18th century, with records of past members working at DRC dating back to 1786. After following advice from Henri Gouges, the Mongeards began bottling wines under their own name in the mid 1900s. Fruit for their Bourgogne Blanc comes from 25 year old soils, vinified entirely in oak to preserve fresh, fruit-forward flavors; supple and rich, balanced by striking acidity.
