Headed by father/son-in-law duo Bruno Desaunay and Daniel Bissey, this unstoppable duo owns several parcels of vines scattered across some of Burgundy’s best appellations, including Vosne-Romanée, Echezeaux, and Chambolle, ranging 60-110 years in age. The 2015 Bourgogne Rouge is native yeast fermented and aged in oak (⅓ new), showing flavors of crunchy red fruits, cherries, and delicate flowers, with a chalky, lingering finish.
