This sustainably-produced Bordeau Supérieur is a steal for the price. Notes of black raspberries, red currants, potting soil, and baking spice dominate the wine’s structured and well-integrated palate. The wine is produced by Baptiste Guinaudeau of Château Lafleur (Pomerol) and is made up of Merlot (77%) and Cabernet Franc (23%). Serve slightly chilled with roasted meats and veggies.
