Founded just three years ago by Sébastien Congretel and his Beaujolaise wife, L’Epicurieux highlights regional organic fruit and ‘clean’ winemaking practices in the cellar. ‘Gamayléon’ is light to medium-bodied and energetic, noted with flavors of raspberry, whie pepper, and wet rocks.
