Magnon produces a mere 1700 cases/year and is deemed to be one of the best up-and-coming producers in all of the Languedoc. After studying under Jean Foillard, Magnon now implements the same natural practices he learned in Beaujolais and champions a hands-off mentality in his cellar. ‘Rozeta’ is a Carignan dominant field blend that hails from old vines and is whole cluster fermented. Stemmy and textured, the wine shows delicious crunchy red fruit flavors noted with earthy minerality and spice.
