This insanely thirst-quenching bottle of Kabinett Riesling is loaded with flavors of tart citrus, crushed rocks, and lime juice. Although many of the Rheinhessen’s young winemakers look to emulate the concentrated style of Klaus Peter Keller, at Seehof, Florian Fauth does the opposite. Here, clarity, freshness, and ‘electrifying’ acidity reign king. However, the Keller influence isn’t totally lost on Seehof wines (Klaus Peter is Florian’s brother-in-law).
