Extensive sur-lie aging and healthy fruit create vivacious wines, full of saline-tinged harmony. The 2017 Chablis shows a distinct sense of place, giving way to flavors of stone fruit, minerals, and chalk, with salty minerality and citrus-driven acidity. Delicious!
