Created from four friends’ shared passion for Atlantic-influenced wine regions, Envinate highlights the versatility of Spain’s saline-tinged coastal appellations. ‘Benje’ Blanco comes from several parcels of old vine Listan Blanco. Fruit is hand-harvested, 25% skin macerated, and aged in a combination of cement/used wood. The final wine is smoky and layered, marked by textured flavors of stone fruit and salt.
