This dense and layered bottling from Chateau Pavie-Macquin oozes with flavors of jammy blackberries, bramble, graphite, and truffle. Rather high percentages (20%) of Cabernet Franc add peppery, mineral-driven undertones to the wine’s core. Drink from 2028 onwards.
