Fruit for this bright and balanced Pinot Noir is sourced from Evening Land’s ‘Seven Springs’ estate vineyard and is destemmed, spontaneously fermented in steel, and aged for 15 months in neutral French oak. The wine is lively,  mineral-driven, and marked by flavors of ashy red fruit, black tea, and mushrooms. Serve slightly chilled with a variety of foods.
